About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Financial Manager

to join our dynamic team. In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization and supporting strategic decision-making by managing all aspects of financial planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance.

Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional departments, you will ensure that our financial operations align with the company's long-term goals. Key Objectives

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and forecasts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and maintain healthy cash flow to achieve financial targets. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide business decisions and identify areas for cost optimization or revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage internal and external financial audits; ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise the accounting team and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to ensure access to capital and financial stability. Provide financial insights and support to key departments such as sales, marketing, and operations. Stay current with financial industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Minimum of

15 years

of progressive experience in financial management or accounting roles. Deep understanding of corporate financial planning, investment strategy, and risk management. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency with financial systems such as

NetSuite ERP

. Experience with collaborative platforms including

Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive

, and

Confluence

. Strong command of

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications such as

Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

or

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proven leadership and team management experience in a mid-to-large organization.
