Arabic & English language proficiency \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; CIA , CMA higher qualifications preferred \xc2\xb7 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a financial management position \xc2\xb7 Proven strategic planning experience at the management level \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and financial management software \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work on multiple high-value projects simultaneously \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a receivables and debt collector or similar role \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with laws related to debt collection \xc2\xb7 Comfortable working with targets \xc2\xb7 Patience and ability to manage stress \xc2\xb7 Skilled in negotiation \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
