Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive management. Provide financial advice and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Monitor and analyze financial performance against key metrics.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess financial risks. Implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization's financial position.

Cash Flow Management:

Optimize cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity. Manage accounts receivable and payable.

Tax Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns. Advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of finance professionals. Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities.

Financial Systems:

Implement and maintain financial systems and processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, including tax compliance experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. A proven track record of success in a similar role.

Desired Skills:

MBA or CPA certification. Experience in food and beverage industry Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques. Experience with tax software and systems. Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
