to join its team.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company. Manage, operate, and optimize the financial modules in
Odoo (Accounting & Finance)
. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Manage cash flow and ensure continuousliquidity availability
. Establish and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. Arrangeloans, credit facilities, and financing solutions
, and negotiate favorable terms. Monitor accounts receivable and payable. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master's preferred). Proven hands-on experience with
Odoo Accounting
. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation. Demonstrated ability to secure funding and manage banking relationships. Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits:
