Inpay is a dynamic and agile organization in the payment and remittance space, seeking to cement our customer focus in the Middle East by adding a local salesperson to our team. We are looking for an exceptional, like-minded individual to join our diverse, energetic team with a strong and proven track record in the area.

Role summary
As an FI sales representative, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process for our suite of products within the payment industry. Working closely with all departments, including Sales, Product Management, Operations, IT Development, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance, your ultimate goal will be to onboard new customers and ensure the customers are happy and help them to get as much value from Inpay as possible.

You will be based in the UAE and will be expected to work collaboratively to achieve individual and team targets.

Responsibilities

    • Deliver new business sales to meet individual and team targets
    • Manage the full life cycle of new financial institutions, including identifying, qualifying, analyzing, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
    • Generate prospect meetings via trade shows, association participation, conferences, warm leads, and established relationships in the payments industry
    • Work closely with the Marketing Department and dedicated BDR to manage leads and provide feedback on activity results
    • Gather high-level requirements to provide a solution selling model to customers
    • Demonstrate the financial, efficiency, and brand value of solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders in the buying decision process
    • Collaborate with product owners to identify strategic partnership opportunities underpinned with rigorous business cases, strategic rationale, and financial analyses
    • Use analytical tools and data analysis to drive decisions, identify new areas of opportunity, and demonstrate business impact to stakeholders
    • Build strong interpersonal relationships across the business, product, and cross-functional teams to help deliver results
    • Negotiate legal and financial agreements, such as NDA\'s, MSA\'s, and Contracts
    • Represent Inpay at trade shows, such as Seamless and Money 20/20

Qualifications and Skills:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Payments or FI industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while working with payments and/or remittance companies in the UAE
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with strong analytical, communication (verbal/presentation/writing), and attention-to-detail skills
    • Confident and highly effective influencer with a hands-on, pragmatic approach to work
    • Able to handle a high workload and multitask with ease
    • University education preferred, but is not essential
