Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Financial Expert & Accountant

to manage the company's financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for all company transactions. Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank accounts, and manage accounts payable/receivable. Ensure all invoices, receipts, and payments are properly recorded and documented. Manage VAT filings, returns, and compliance as per UAE regulations.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct financial analysis, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budget performance. Support management with reports for decision-making and strategy formulation.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Provide cost-saving recommendations and investment insights. Assist in financial modeling for new projects or business expansions.

Audit & Compliance:

Coordinate with external auditors for yearly audits. Ensure compliance with UAE laws, IFRS, and internal financial policies. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA/ACCA preferred). Minimum

5-10 years of experience

in accounting or finance (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and financial regulations in the UAE. Proficiency in

Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books / ERP systems

. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
