We are seeking a strategic and experienced Administration and Finance Director to oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions of our organisation. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational insight to support the companyaEUR(TM)s growth, ensure financial sustainability, and streamline internal systems. Bonus: Experience in the Construction, Architectural, or Design industry is a plus. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and funding requirements. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership. Monitor profitability and implement cost control measures across all projects. Oversee daily office operations, procurement, and facilities management. Ensure company-wide compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements (e.g., HR, insurance, licenses). Design and implement efficient administrative systems to support operations and project execution. Lead and manage administrative staff, promoting cross-departmental coordination. Oversee HR processes including payroll, contracts, staff welfare, recruitment support, and performance management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling HR and financial data. Review and manage contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Liaise with legal advisors on regulatory and contractual matters. Ensure timely compliance with tax filings, insurance, and legal obligations. Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to long-term planning and business development initiatives.
