Counsel patients on insurance coverage, payment procedures, and financial responsibilities
Assist with payment plans, collections, and financial assistance applications
Process and follow up on insurance pre-authorizations
Coordinate with clinical teams and insurance providers
Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related or commerce field
Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare facility
At least 1 year in a similar financial counseling or patient access role
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
