- Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances - Reviewing the company\'s financial statements to ensure they are accurate - Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements - Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance - Forecasting future financial performance - Preparing and analysing budgets - Providing accurate financial reports to management - Ensuring compliance with government regulations
- +7 years of experience in finance & accounting with minimum 3-4 years in a FMCG, Food Services or Pharma Industry - University Degree in Finance with a certification preferably (CFP, CMA, CPA, CFA) - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - Experience with creating financial statements - Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process - Working knowledge of Net-suite, Oracle will be an advantage
