The Role
Reporting Line: Finance Manager Location: Dubai, UAE About the Job: An ideal candidate is one who collaborates with other accountants and financial staff in the company to provide financial and accounting support to executives and department heads to establish goals and budgets for the organization. Your Role and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Full Accountability and Responsibility for the group accounts allocated to him/her \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain the chart of accounts and general ledger \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that entries have been recorded correctly and are relevant and valid for the entities under his/her control \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage accounting staff \xe2\x80\x93 Senior accountant, accountant and AR/Credit controller \xe2\x80\xa2 Fully accountable to ensure that all month end deadlines are met, all reconciliations completed and provide draft set of accounts for review by FM \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure bank reconciliations are completed \xe2\x80\xa2 Full responsibility for the integrity of the management and financial accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide the FM with first line reasons for variances between actual vs forecast vs budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Review of Tax returns and fillings \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare Cash flow forecasts and provide weekly updates of actual versus forecast

Requirements
Your Knowledge/Skills, Educations & Experience: Qualifications and Certifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting & Finance preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Accountant \xe2\x80\xa2 Profession CA or CIMA Certification preferred Skills Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven problem solver, results focused, self-motivated and a proactive individual \xe2\x80\xa2 MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) proficiency required Communication: \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skill
