- Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial entries in
Tally ERP
. Prepare and maintain accuratefinancial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports
. GenerateExcel-based reports
using formulas, pivot tables, and shortcuts. Manageinvoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
with clients. Maintain strongclient relationships
, addressing their financial queries and ensuring timely resolution. Supportbudgeting, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation
activities. Ensure allfinancial documents and vouchers
are properly filed and controlled. Assist inaudit preparation
and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations. Preparemonthly and quarterly financial summaries
for management review..Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
(B.Com / M.Com preferred).Freshers with hands-on experience in Tally ERP
are welcome to apply. Proficiency inTally ERP
andMS Excel (formulas, reports, and shortcuts)
. Basic understanding ofUAE VAT
and accounting practices. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Salary: AED 2800 to 3000 per month
