Previous experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years in the real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA is preferred
Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and guidelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Must be currently in UAE and available for a face-to-face interview
