For this position, we're looking for Financial consultants who will lead and collaborate with our colleagues in the UK, in order to provide Leyton's expertise in innovation funding in the UK market. The primary focus of the role will be to provide financial advice to UK companies who invest in Innovation and Research. The financial consultant will be working with existing and new clients to extend and expand their businesses in line with their business costs with the UK R&D Tax Relief Regulations. The financial consultant will be working with existing and new clients to extend and expand their businesses in line with their business costs with the UK R&D Tax Relief Regulations. The main tasks include the following: - Applying the R&D tax relief scheme regulations in respect to clients’ development activities to ensure the relevant tax legislation and guidelines are met
- Managing client’s R&D claims from both a tax and finance perspective to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Collecting and analyzing the client's financial sheets
- Preparing Financial documents to prepare the clients' application for the scheme
About the job requirements:
We're recruiting Financial consultants with the following qualities:- Knowledge in finance/accounting/Taxation
- Strong interpersonal skills, and a personable attitude
- Analytical and able to work within strict deadlines
- Ability to manage clients' expectations
- Polyvalence and high proactivity, with a strong desire to learn
- Full Proficiency in English: written and verbal communication
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
