What You'll Do
Investor Relations Management

• Prepare and manage investor-related content including earnings releases, annual reports, Q&A documents, and investor presentations
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to ensure timely dissemination of financial updates through appropriate channels
• Handle investor-related media inquiries and support CXO-level interviews
• Coordinate translation of investor communication between English and Arabic
• Support development of corporate governance and ESG reports

Media and Public Relations

• Build strong relationships with key media and influencers to ensure positive coverage
• Draft and issue press releases, speeches, and presentations aligned with corporate communication guidelines
• Monitor media coverage and public perception, providing strategic recommendations

Crisis Management

• Support preparation and execution of crisis communication plans to safeguard investor confidence
• Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver accurate and timely communication during critical situations
• Provide training to internal teams on crisis protocols

Investor Event Management

• Assist in planning and execution of investor events, including roadshows and conferences
• Ensure event-related communication materials are accurate and aligned with branding standards
• Provide on-site media coordination and manage investor engagement during events

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align financial communications with corporate objectives
• Coordinate with external agencies on content development, investor reports, and branding initiatives
• Regularly report to senior management on communication impact and investor sentiment

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
• 5-10 years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, or related areas
• Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate communications, and social media strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Experience in Oil and Gas or Retail industry is a plus
