Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct external audits for a range of clients, including planning, testing, and reporting phases. Evaluate financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to identify potential issues or discrepancies. Assess compliance with relevant accounting standards, industry regulations, and best practices. Collaborate with client personnel to obtain necessary audit evidence and documentation. Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of external auditing experience, preferably with a accounting or audit firm. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance (IFRS). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in audit software, such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
