Job Position - Financial Analyst

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate development, real estate investment, or private equity
- Advanced Excel skills (required), including:
- Complex formulas and financial functions
- Pivot tables and Power Query
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Data validation and structured modeling best practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
