We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team at a leading real estate company in Dubai.
What You Will Do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the finance team. In this role, you will support the company's financial operations, management reporting, and budgeting processes. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll provide accurate data, contribute to process improvements, and support informed decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist with annual budgets and periodic forecasts; collect and validate financial data across departments.
Financial Analysis: Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, annual) and analyse variances between actual and forecasted figures.
Management Reporting Automation: Support the enhancement of reporting tools by updating and testing templates, dashboards, and data sources.
Who We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in a finance, accounting, or analytical role.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and accounting principles.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Communication: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Languages: English and Russian fluency required
