:

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly reports for group reporting and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain and monitor the fund and equity investments, including inflows, outflows, valuations, risk ratings, performance analysis and record maintenance.
• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also generating new business.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review with the Financial Manager, investigating any differences and taking corrective actions.
• Report monthly statistics to senior management and monitor key financial metrics.
• Enter budget and rolling forecast data into budget software.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop P & L reports for analysis.
• Align budget information with department planning tools.
• Coordinate with different levels of management to support the annual budgeting process and prepare the annual budget package for the units.
• Perform financial modeling resulting in forecasting of revenue, expenses, headcounts, balance sheet and cash flows.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors in finance or accounting.
• 1 to 5 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Prior work experience in healthcare sector preferred.
• Experience generating and communicating financial analysis.
• Strong financial acumen
