Financial AI Knowledge Scientist is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and execution of AI-driven content strategies in the financial domain. This role requires a deep understanding of both financial markets and artificial intelligence technologies, to be able to define, collect & organize the content and testing material for our AI model and to be trained to pass a series of written financial exams and tests.

The position is based in Abu Dhabi, with the opportunity to relocate from anywhere around the globe.

1. Content Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company\'s financial AI goals and objectives.

Identify key themes, topics, and trends in the financial industry to drive content creation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content strategy is integrated into broader marketing and business strategies.

2. AI-Driven Content Development:

Incorporate AI and machine learning technologies to enhance content generation, personalization, and predictive analysis.

Stay current with advancements in AI and financial technologies to continually evolve content creation methods.

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Ensure all AI-generated content meets high standards of accuracy, reliability, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Implement content review processes to maintain the quality and integrity of the content produced by the team.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align content initiatives with business goals.

Communicate content strategy, progress, and results to executive leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal and external experts to contribute to whitepapers, reports, and industry publications.

You have:

Phd or strong academic background in accounting and financial analysis with an aptitude towards AI and technology.

Proven track record of creating and managing AI-driven content in the financial sector.

Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and economic trends.

Familiarity with AI technologies, including natural language processing, machine learning, and data analytics.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable content strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Experience in team leadership, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical considerations in financial content creation.
