1+Years of experience in the banking Mortgage industry or Real Estate
- Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.
- End to end process management
- Understand and support the corporation\'s policies and procedures to provide.
- proper and effective treatment to all the corporation\'s customers.
- Meeting Performance Targets.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Diplomacy & Negotiation Skills.
- Facilitate the lending process and manage the member through the entire
- Maintain complete thorough and accurate conversation log for all applications,
- Maintain professional knowledge of all technical aspects of the mortgage
