Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented

Financial Advisor

to work closely with our

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

and support high-level decision-making. The role involves analyzing financial data, evaluating real estate investments, and contributing to the company's long-term financial strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a solid foundation in financial planning and a passion for the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CFO on financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Analyze the financial performance of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Evaluate potential property acquisitions, development opportunities, and joint ventures from a financial perspective. Conduct feasibility studies, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analyses for new developments. Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and real estate investment benchmarks to support strategic decisions. Prepare financial models, cash flow projections, and investor presentation materials. Assist in debt structuring, capital allocation, and risk management activities. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external advisors as needed. Provide input into financial reporting, audit preparation, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or a Master's degree is an advantage.

7+ years of experience

in financial advisory, investment analysis, or corporate finance. Prior experience in the

real estate development sector

in the UAE is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and investment evaluation. Familiarity with UAE real estate market dynamics and regulatory frameworks. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
