Our client is hiring for the position of Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare & manage and act as contact person for audit process with the external auditors, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies. Play a key role in guiding the region though the audit process.
Manage, lead and coordinate with the region and external auditor through the SOX process.
Review and update annual the narratives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
Analyze data to identify, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement financial reporting systems, controls, and procedures
Collaborate across departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting
Present financial insights to senior management to support strategic decisions
support timely month-end and year-end closings, , and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit, tax, and SOX requirements.
Liaise with the parent company and corporate accounts team on reporting and financial matters.
Drive process improvements and maintain effective internal control systems.
