Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :

Analyze financial data related to real-estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.Skill-based job search
Evaluate project performance and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop financial models and simulations to support project planning and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis findings.
Support the development of project finance strategies and initiatives to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is preferred.
5-6 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on project finance or related fields.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience within the real estate industry is required.
Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and forecasting techniques.
Strong understanding of project finance principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
