Responsibilities & Duties - Managing all finance and accounting operations of the Department. -Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. -Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements -Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances -Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements -Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting -Research technical accounting issues for compliance -Support month-end and year-end close process -Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Additional responsibilities as assigned by Immediate Head. Education Requirements - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant field such as Accounting and Finance -Advance degree in Accounting is an advantage -Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures -Excellent accounting software user and administration skills Working Experience & Skills - Must have 1+ years of working experience as Finance Supervisor / Controller in Real Estate with background in Homeowners Association in the UAE. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
