We are seeking an experienced

Finance Team Lead

to oversee financial operations, manage transactions, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, payment processing, reconciliation, and optimizing financial workflows to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management & Payment Processing:

Oversee and manage high-volume financial transactions, including customer payments, refunds, and settlements. Ensure smooth and timely processing of international and local transactions. Monitor and reconcile multiple payment gateways and financial accounts.

Financial Reporting & Reconciliation:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports on transactions, revenue, and expenditures. Conduct reconciliation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. Monitor cash flow and optimize fund allocation across different channels.

Risk & Compliance Oversight:

Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations. Implement internal financial controls to minimize risks and detect discrepancies. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements are met.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize company expenditures. Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring smooth financial operations. Provide insights for improving financial efficiency and profitability.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Implement automation and process improvements to enhance financial workflows. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial integration.

Qualifications & Skills:

?

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
?

5+ years of experience

in financial management, payments, or transaction processing.
? Strong knowledge of

payment gateways, reconciliation, and financial risk management.

? Experience handling

high-volume transactions

and multi-currency payments.
? Proficiency in

ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial software.

? Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
