Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior / Mid-Level Finance Officer to support the finance department in daily accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic to good understanding of accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and willing to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily accounting activities (AP, AR, petty cash, expenses). Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation. Support monthly closing and basic financial reporting. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control when required. Maintain proper filing and compliance with company policies. Support audits by preparing required documents. Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related matters.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in finance or accounting (junior to mid-level). Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP - if applicable). Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under supervision. Good communication skills. Preferred (Optional) Experience in UAE (if applicable). Knowledge of VAT filing and basic compliance. Willingness to grow into a higher finance

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
