Finance Officer

As a Finance Officer, you will contribute to maintaining strong financial control and providing accurate reporting for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports Monitor company expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and company accounts Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors as required Support management with financial analysis and recommendations Implement process improvements for greater efficiency in finance operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in logistics or related industries Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
