Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and support the year-end audit process
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance officer or similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
