Job Title: Finance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to ensure that our client\'s financial operations run smoothly and comply with all regulatory requirements. The Finance Officer will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial reporting, managing funds efficiently, and minimizing financial risks. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company\'s capital resources are in compliance with its regulatory requirements by all means. Any (Potential) breach must without any delay be reported to the senior executive Officer and the Compliance Officer.
• Development of strategic direction, goals, and objectives for all reporting sections within the Finance department ensuring that they align with the firm\'s strategic plans.
• Coordination of the preparation of management and statutory financial reports
• Ensure timely preparation of financial and statistical reports business plans, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by regulatory agencies, including statutory audit and tax compliance.
• Ensure the availability of funds at the right time in the right currency, and at an acceptable cost.
• Manage financial and currency risk and minimize financial exposures through prudent cash management.
• The frequency of the reports prepared by the FO will be monthly management accounting and quarterly and annual EPRS returns
• The FO will report to the SEO on a bi-weekly/ case-by-case basis.
• The reporting to the Board will be on a quarterly basis.
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of the applicable financial regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monthly Accounting and MIS Reporting for all the accounting translations as per IFRS and UAE Commercial Companies Law.
• Quarterly VAT Return Submissions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in financial management, compliance, and reporting, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
