Job Description
Gist of the role:
- Assist in consolidation of IFRS compliant monthly/quarterly financials based on subsidiaries excel reporting package for reporting to group management and other stakeholders.
- Manage accounting for holding entities.
- Manage local regulatory, statutory, and legal compliances (VAT, ESR, Corporate Tax, etc.) for holding entities.
- Assist in statutory audit of group and holding entities.
- 2-3 years of UAE Experience, consolidation experience, willing to relocate, experience in mfg., trading, logistics companies.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation, IFRS, and UAE & DIFC company rules and regulations.
- Experience: 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in an industry other than financial institutions/Audit firm. Working experience for UAE VAT and ESR return. Corporate Tax exposure in other country would be plus points.
- Systems knowledge: SAP (ideal) and/or Oracle with hands on excel skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- IFRS & ESR: 1 year (Required)
