Al Budoor Kindergarten Charter School is currently seeking an outstanding Finance Officer for immediate start. The school provides high-quality education and follows the Aero Curriculum.
- Degree in Accounting
- with 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in finance function

Main Duties
- Manage petty cash and ensure all petty cash payments are made as per company policies and DOA
- Complete Budget monitoring against all Procurement Recommendation Reports and Purchase Orders.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Keep track and fulfill all the requirements of non-routine reporting transactions.
- Facilitate internal and external Auditors in coordination with the Finance team to ensure clean and timely internal, interim and year-end audits.
- Ensure to meet the timeline for daily, weekly, monthly reporting requirements set by Charter School Finance and OSM
- Support the Senior Accountant, OSM & Principal wherever possible to ensure smooth finance operation
- Act as a backup for CSF Team and manage the activities in a member\'s absence
- Prepare various reports and GL schedules to monitor the accuracy and completeness of the financial information generated from the transactions.
- Supports budget and forecasting activities.
- Prepare audit-related schedules and ensure that the audit is completed within timelines
- At least identify 1 Process improvement and work together with school tea
