Summary of the role: As an Officer in the finance department, you will facilitate communication with external parties, manage document archives, prepare client invoices, verify vendor invoices, participate in tender submissions, handle attestation requests, provide accounting and admin support, and prepare reports. Main Responsibilities: 1. Assist in arranging and managing the communication between the finance department and external parties including and not limited to vendors, service providers, regular clients (with payment terms), and other parties as needed. 2. Responsible for maintaining and archiving the finance department\xe2\x80\x99s documents including and not limited to the following: Regular clients\xe2\x80\x99 credit applications and supporting documents, Vendors\xe2\x80\x99 invoices and supporting documents, legal documents related to finance (licensing, contracts, agreements\xe2\x80\xa6.). 3. Prepare invoices for regular clients in addition to other related documents based on each party\xe2\x80\x99s needs, for example submitting invoices to the client\xe2\x80\x99s portal. 4. Checking and verifying vendors\xe2\x80\x99 and service providers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices, to make sure they\xe2\x80\x99re in line with the agreed conditions, terms, and policies (Invoices, and bills can be provided by for example from language suppliers, freelancers, utility bills electricity, telecommunication, others). 5. Submitting and registering for tenders while coordinating with the concerned department and following up on the task until it\xe2\x80\x99s completed. 6. Submitting MOFA attestation requests and managing the process with the branches. 7. Assist in the calculation of monthly over target for Translation and Sales Depts. 8. Provide accounting and admin support for the finance departments as needed and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department. 9. Prepare accurate reports, collecting and managing all data required for KPIs. 10. Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager in response to business requirements and department initiatives. Basic Qualifications - 2 - 3 years of proven work experience as a Finance/Accounting Officer or in a similar position. - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. - Fluency in English and Arabic language. - Excellent MS Excel skills. - Highly organized. - Time-management skills Preferred Qualifications - Good problem-solving skills. - Relationships building and negotiating skills. - Knowledge of Zoho accounting system.
