Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong finance background and exposure to technology-enabled finance systems. The role involves driving financial planning, analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while partnering closely with management and IT teams to strengthen financial controls, automation, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will combine deep financial expertise with a systems-oriented mindset and the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory MBA (Finance / Systems / IT) - Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field Strong foundation in finance with exposure to ERP and financial systems

Experience

Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
Proven experience in:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) MIS reporting for senior management Budgeting and forecasting P&L preparation and analysis Cost control and variance analysis Hands-on experience with ERP / financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, NetSuite, or similar platforms

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support management decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor and analyze P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet performance Provide management with financial insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls Coordinate with IT teams on finance systems, automation initiatives, and process improvements Support audits, taxation, and statutory filings Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of IFRS / GAAP Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Solid understanding of finance and IT/system integration Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
