Position Overview
The
Finance Manager
will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial performance of the real estate brokerage and its associated group of companies. This role ensures effective financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic cash and fund management across multiple business entities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in
real estate finance
,
multi-company fund management
, and
cash/funds flow optimization
, with a proven ability to implement robust financial systems and support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Planning
Oversee all financial operations across multiple group companies, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency.
Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans aligned with group objectives.
Monitor key financial metrics, performance indicators, and profitability levels across business units.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Ensure effective cost management, expense control, and capital allocation across the organization.
2. Cash Flow & Fund Management
Lead
cash flow forecasting, fund management, and liquidity planning
across all group entities.
Manage
fund transfers, intercompany transactions, and investment allocations
efficiently.
Oversee relationships with financial institutions and banks, ensuring optimal use of credit lines and financing facilities.
Monitor and manage
escrow accounts, project-related funding, and treasury operations
.
Ensure timely and accurate fund allocation for operational and project requirements.
3. Accounting & Reporting
Supervise the full accounting cycle, including ledger management, reconciliations, and monthly closings.
Ensure timely preparation and consolidation of financial statements and management reports.
Oversee statutory audits, tax filings, and financial compliance with UAE regulations.
Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and risk management frameworks.
Support implementation and enhancement of ERP/accounting systems to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.
4. Real Estate Brokerage Financial Oversight
Manage financial processes specific to
real estate brokerage operations
, including
commission tracking, client transactions, and escrow settlements
.
Support accurate accounting for property sales, leasing, and project developments.
Coordinate with RERA, DLD, and other authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to manage receivables, payables, and cash reconciliations.
5. Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor finance and accounting team members to ensure efficiency and professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, and legal for effective business support.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of financial information to management and stakeholders.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
Professional certification such as
CA,
CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent
preferred.
7-12 years of relevant experience
, with a focus on
real estate brokerage, property management, or group company finance
.
Proven experience in
cash flow and fund management
,
banking operations
, and
multi-entity consolidation
.
Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, taxation, and RERA compliance.
Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and ERP/accounting systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
