An exceptional opportunity has opened up with a luxury real estate developer in Dubai for a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and business performance.
? The Role
This is a senior, high-impact position where you will:
- Lead a team of 6 accountants
- Own budgeting, forecasting & financial planning across a luxury property portfolio
- Build and refine advanced financial models (NPV, IRR, WACC, cash flow)
- Deliver insights directly to the CEO and senior leadership
- Drive financial governance, reporting, automation & performance improvement
?? ACCA / CA / CPA qualified
?? 10+ years' finance experience within real estate / property development
?? Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
?? Advanced financial modelling & strategic mindset
?? Experience with ERP systems, Power BI & IFRS
? Location: Dubai, UAE
This role is perfect for a commercially minded finance leader looking to step into a trusted advisor role, working closely with the CEO and influencing major investment decisions.
