Finance Manager
Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance activities. They ensure accurate financial records, develop strategies for financial growth, and support decision-making processes to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure accurate reporting.
Develop financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Oversee risk management and ensure financial controls are in place.
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Proven experience in financial management or accounting.
Strong understanding of financial laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
