Finance Manager

Our client is a short term property rental operator based in Dubai.
Having some of the most luxurious properties in Dubai on their portfolio.
We are looking for a highly qualified chartered accountant with 5+ years of experience to run their accounting and compliance function.
You will be responsible for implementing accounting systems and processes, preparing financial reports, controlling the master data of the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with the state revenue service.
Flexible days in the office is an option
Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Oversee the duties of the accounting function.
xc2xb7 Create and submit VAT returns
xc2xb7 Implement accounting systems and processes.
xc2xb7 Managing the Zoho books / Control the master data of the general register.
xc2xb7 Review DTCM input by admin / guest relations
xc2xb7 Prepare monthly financial reports (for management and investors).
xc2xb7 Review and release online banking payments.
xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
xc2xb7 Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
xc2xb7 Manage the full financial process.
xc2xb7 Pay utility bills
xc2xb7 Prepare expense budget reports, monthly landlord statements and PowerPoint presentations for Management.
xc2xb7 Monitors petty cash payments and the replenishments
xc2xb7 Bank reconciliations
xc2xb7 Managing Payroll
xc2xb7 Document management and organisation / admin
xc2xb7 Manage AP and AR
xc2xb7 Prepare invoices and manage / organise records
xc2xb7 Reconcile supplier accounts (Airbnb, booking.com, stripe) with our pnl
xc2xb7 Year-end statutory reporting
xc2xb7 Property performance / ADR/ occupancy calculations
