The Role
Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial models; analyze financial performance to support strategic business decisions. Manage and optimize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or travel-specific solutions) for accounting, reporting, and financial workflows. Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and internal control policies; mitigate financial risks and implement audit-ready processes. Lead the finance team, provide guidance on financial procedures, and collaborate with operations, sales, and management to drive profitability and efficiency.
