ROLE PURPOSE:

The role is to be in charge for strategic planning and analysis and support Senior Finance Manager for all legal entities under Healthcare Division : Budget, MIS, LE, Business Cases, feasibility studies, physician hiring modelling, BPC control, along with review of all cost, revenue and financial KPIs and comparison with budget to provide management visibility on business for further growth and profitability recommendations.

Description of the Tasks

Analyse monthly financial performance for all healthcare divisions and give detailed reports on variations versus Budget

Review and submit monthly & Quarterly MIS required by Internal stakeholders

Prepare and present other performance-based MIS on-time as required by the management along with analysis

Budget and LE : ensuring timely and accurate preparations for the Budget and LE

Manage business cases and feasibilities for all new projects and investments and analysis of actual versus model variances.

Full responsibility of physician hiring modelling and reporting of physician contributions

Full accountability on all costs particularly but not limited to staff costs, consumables and drugs, IT, group charges.

Control and reporting of CAPEX

Control over physician incentives, CBD revenue shares and referral fees based on contracts

Effective communication with all departments to have accurate and timely financial data and support to all departments on financial visibility required.

Experience and Knowledge:

3-4 years\' managerial finance experience in healthcare

GCC exposure will be an added advantage

Education:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Commerce.

Chartered Accountancy or master\'s in commerce/Post Graduate degree/Diploma in Finance is preferable.
