The Head of Finance will lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance management across five operating companies spanning packaging solutions, fashion retail, home appliances, electric water dispensers, and water filtration. This role demands a seasoned finance leader capable of navigating complexity, driving growth, and aligning financial operations with the family business's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Group Financial Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute group-wide financial strategies to support business growth and capital efficiency.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across all verticals.
Advise the CEO and Board on investment decisions, M&A opportunities, and capital structuring.
Financial Control & Compliance
Ensure robust financial controls, statutory compliance, and audit readiness across UAE and India entities.
Oversee tax planning, transfer pricing, and regulatory reporting in both jurisdictions.
Implement group-wide risk management and internal audit frameworks.
Business Unit Partnership
Act as strategic finance partner to BU heads in packaging, retail, appliances, and water technologies.
Support pricing, margin analysis, and working capital optimization tailored to each vertical.
Enable financial agility for new product launches and market expansions.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Manage group treasury, banking relationships, and foreign exchange exposure.
Optimize cash flow across entities, ensuring liquidity and funding for operations and growth.
Lead financing initiatives including debt structuring, equity infusion, and grant utilization.
Systems & Digital Transformation
Drive ERP integration and financial system harmonization across entities.
Implement real-time dashboards and analytics for performance tracking.
Champion automation in reporting, reconciliation, and compliance workflows.
Governance & Family Office Liaison
Maintain transparent reporting and communication with family stakeholders.
Align financial decisions with family values, legacy goals, and succession planning.
Support family office operations including asset management and philanthropic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance.
15+ years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in multi-vertical or family-owned businesses.
Exposure to manufacturing, retail, and consumer appliances sectors.
Experience managing cross-border finance operations (UAE and India preferred).
Strong grasp of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial analytics.
