We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts, oversee budgeting, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles in collaboration with department heads.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Cost Management:

Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive profitability improvements.

Compliance & Controls:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. Oversee daily accounting operations and promote continuous improvement.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

Strategic Support:

Provide financial insight and recommendations to senior management to support company growth and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred) 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management or accounting Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS standards Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities
