is looking for an experienced

Finance Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and accounting experience within the

HVAC or sandwich panel industry

, along with solid knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations. This role requires leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards. Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies for risk management to safeguard the organization's assets. Manage budgeting processes and forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Lead financial report writing and interpretation to provide insights for decision-making. Implement treasury management practices to optimize cash flow and investment management. Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements across various sectors including non-profit and governmental accounting. Collaborate with business development teams to identify growth opportunities through strategic planning. Conduct fiscal management activities including cost control, cost accounting, and account reconciliation. Supervise the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow analysis. Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred. Minimum

8 years of UAE experience

in a similar role, preferably in HVAC or sandwich panel trading. Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, ASC 606, GAAP principles, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in financial software and tools for financial analysis and reporting. Excellent skills in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment management. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing finance teams effectively. Minimum

8 years of UAE experience

in a similar role, preferably in HVAC or sandwich panel trading. Fluency in English;

knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
