Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and help drive financial strategy and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the company's financial planning and reporting

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Manage accounting operations and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks

Develop financial models and decision-support tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA or CA Inter or similar.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management or analysis

Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Proficiency in financial softwares.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
