We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic

Finance Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of

8 years of proven experience

in the UAE and possess strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills. Native Arabic proficiency and excellent command of English are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies. Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management strategies. Lead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and banks. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and business growth. Supervise and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals. Prepare financial analysis, reports, and presentations for senior management. Manage relationships with key stakeholders including regulatory authorities, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field certification such as CPA, CA, CMA is an advantage). Minimum

8 years of relevant experience

within the UAE market. Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (IFRS). High level of proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities.
