Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash. Ensure timely, accurate invoicing and revenue control for all service jobs, repair works, and projects, including billing accuracy, collections, and receivables. Manage monthly payroll, employee benefits, allowances, overtime, deductions, leave salary, and end-of-service provisions, and control employee expenses and claims. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, including filings, reconciliations, and audit readiness. Manage inventory and stock controls, including valuation, reconciliation, physical stock counts, and discrepancy investigations. Maintain fixed asset registers, capitalization, and depreciation. Establish and enforce financial policies, approval limits, and internal control procedures. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis, and work closely with management and operations to improve financial discipline and efficiency. Perform any other finance-related duties required to support the company's financial integrity, compliance, and business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional certification (e.g, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA,) is a plus. Minimum of 4-5 years of UAE experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Experience in the investment group or facilities management industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE taxation, VAT, and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software, including ERP ( SAP ) systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
