Job Description

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting.

Lead the development and maintenance of robust financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding strategies to support business operations and growth.

Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning.

Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies, ensuring the company's financial stability and resilience.

Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Lead and develop a high-performance finance team, providing training, mentoring, and performance management.

Collaborate with other departments, including operations, sales, and HR, to align financial strategies with business goals.

Oversee the audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.

Prepare and present regular financial reports, analyses, and insights to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and technologies.

Stay current with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial management role within the FMCG industry.

Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
