Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Finance Manager (Property Management Experienced)
to oversee the financial operations of our property portfolio in Dubai. The role will handle financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial statements & MIS reports Manage cash flow, receivables, vendor payments & expenses Handle budgeting, forecasting & variance reporting. Ensure VAT & Corporate Tax compliance; support audits Maintain strong internal controls & financial accuracy. Coordinate with Leasing, Operations & Property teams. Improve systems, processes & reporting efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (Master's preferred)CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA is an advantage. Minimum 5 years' experience in property management preferred as a senior role. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, VAT & Corporate Tax. Advanced Excel & ERP / accounting system skills. Strong leadership skills.
