What You'll Do

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including revenue forecasts, expense projections, and capital expenditure planning
• Prepare and oversee monthly management reporting, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights
• Conduct continuous analysis of operations to identify synergies, efficiencies, and underperforming assets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies with broader business initiatives
• Deliver business KPIs and ensure adherence to financial targets
• Implement financial governance frameworks to strengthen compliance and reporting standards
• Drive initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and optimize capital and liquidity management
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making and long-term growth
• Monitor risk and ensure effective controls across finance processes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or asset management
• Strong expertise in financial governance, compliance, and risk management
• Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, working capital optimization, and capital management
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
