Job Summary:

Rijas Development is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and control activities. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in the property development sector, and a proven ability to manage financial operations aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts. Manage project-based financial planning for real estate developments, including cost estimation and ROI analysis. Monitor compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax consultants. Support feasibility studies, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Evaluate and implement internal financial controls and risk management practices. Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic planning. Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely financial transactions. Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and sales teams for financial tracking of ongoing developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in the

real estate or property development

sector. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and real estate finance. Proficient in financial software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and real estate financial regulations is a plus.
