What the job involves:
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Review and manage day-to-day accounting processes and transactions.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Support the Finance Manager in cash flow management, financial analysis, and business planning.
Monitor project financials and ensure accurate allocation of project costs.
Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and financial institutions as needed.
Who we are looking for:
Minimum 5+ years of finance experience
, preferably in the Contracting or Property industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.
Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience handling multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
Experience collaborating with international teams and working in emerging markets is a strong asset.
